How To Check Sassa Status After Reconsideration 2022

Applicants who have submitted their Sassa reconsideration application or Sassa appeal will want to know how to check their Sassa reconsideration status.

To those applicants, we want to let you know that you can login into your account at https://www2.srdonline.co.za/ReconsiderationProcessAfterDenial.

To check your Sassa reconsideration status for September 2022; then follow the steps provided below;

1.Click on the link https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/reconsideration (this link is only available up to March 2022 grants reconsideration, the new link effective April 2022 appeals is https://srd.dsd.gov.za/appeals

2. Enter your ID number and the phone number that was used to submit the application

3. Click on the “send pin” button

4. A message will be sent to your phone number containing an OTP code and enter the pin into the space provided.

5. When the reconsideration page is loaded fully, choose the month you want to check its status.

6. If it is approved, it will be shown either with pay dates or without pay dates.

7. If reconsideration is still pending, then you may have to wait for some time.

8. Applicants are not to use checking of applications status to check reconsideration status.
