Applicants are recommended to use the following link to verify the progress of their reconsideration.

You may view your reconsideration status after verifying your application with the South African Social Security Agency by going to the SASSA Reconsideration Portal at https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/reconsideration.

Use this link to access the SASSA Reconsideration Portal: https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/reconsideration

Log in using your Reconsideration Details, such as the phone number you used to submit your application and your South African ID number.

To obtain your pin, go to the Send pin page.
